Ep. 7 | No Hats On The Bed

While Warren shows off his new line of clothes, Shwayze and Cisco Adler spot a giant rat running across their deck. Thoroughly freaked out, they tell Warren to handle the situation while they go shoot the video for "Corona and Lime."

Left behind while the Buzzin' boys go have fun, Warren calls some exterminators to look into the rat sighting. When Shwayze and Cisco get home, the exterminators have caught one huge rat -- and there's apparently plenty more where it came from. Thankfully, they're heading out of town for a couple gigs while the situation is taken care of.

While packing for their trip, Shwayze mindlessly throws one of Cisco's hats on the bed, causing Cisco to freak out because he thinks it's bad luck. But that's just an old wives' tale, right?

When their plane to New York City is seriously delayed, Cisco Adler thinks their bad luck is already kicking in. Then DJ Skeet Skeet discovers that he picked up the wrong bag at the airport, which means they're totally screwed -- the hard drive with all the music was in there! With no gear, they can't do the NYC show. Now Cisco knows it was the hat. But is this only the beginning?

It seems so, especially when Warren runs into a financial crisis with his clothing line. In order to get a big shipment out on time, he needs $20,000. If he doesn't come up with the cash in just three days, he may be forced to desert the gang so that he can focus on the clothing line full-time. Luckily, he gets a meeting with an investor who offers to put up half of the money he needs. It's better than nothing!

When Warren meets Shwayze and Cisco for a drink, they offer to pony up the other half of the money so that he can stay on tour with them. Things are looking up and it seems like the curse is wearing off.

But when the Buzzin' gang arrives at their next destination -- Vegas, baby! -- Warren gets some bad news. His investor has dropped out and he is once again short half of the money he needs. Cisco tells him to look on the bright side ... anything can happen in Las Vegas.

In the Palms hotel, the boys party with some ladies and kill it at club Rain. After stepping offstage, Cisco springs into action, booking a late-night gig at Tao worth 10K to help Warren out. But their luck runs out when Suretone Records exec Jordan Schur catches them trying to sneak out. He chastises them and says they are forbidden to perform at two competing venues the same night. Defeated, they head back inside.

Unable to perform the second show, Shwayze and Cisco Adler decide to leave Warren's fate up to a spin of the roulette wheel. They've got a 50/50 chance of doubling their money, right?

Cashing in 10 grand, Shwayze, Cisco and Warren squabble about whether they should put it all on black or red. After going back and forth, they put the chips on black. After the dealer spins the wheel, the ball bounces around and lands on ... red. That's $10,000 down the toilet, and it looks like Warren will have to leave them after all.

Back in the hotel room, Shwayze hopes to reverse the curse by throwing his hat on the bed and praying for good luck. Uh ... not sure that's how it works!

Ep. 6 | Unhappy Birthday

Shwayze and Cisco Adler are invited to perform at NARM, a big music industry event in San Francisco. When they discover that all the other bands have much bigger stage productions, the guys complain to Suretone Records exec Jordan that they need something to rev up their act -- like a live band.

Meanwhile, Warren runs into a financial crisis with his clothing line, One Love Eleven. He needs some fast cash in order to get a big shipment out on time. If he doesn't deliver, he may be forced to desert the Buzzin' gang, leaving them without a tour manager during the Warped Tour. While in San Francisco with the guys, Warren has a meeting with an investor who offers to put up half of the money he needs. Better than nothing!

Back in Los Angeles, Shwayze and Cisco rehearse with their new band in order to get ready for a glitzy gig in Las Vegas, at the request of Palms hotel owner George Maloof. The guys decide to donate their earnings to Warren in order to make up the other half of the money he needs. The rehearsal goes well, but Cisco isn't too impressed with the sound. After a sleepless night, the guys decide that they should perform in Vegas without the band.

Upon arriving in Sin City, Warren gets some bad news -- his investor has dropped out and he is again short half of the money he needs. Determined not to let this problem interrupt their party time, Cisco Adler springs into action and books a second gig behind Jordan's back. Unfortunately, their luck runs out when Jordan catches them trying to sneak out of the Palms and tells them they can't perform at two competing venues the same day. Booo!

With the Buzzin' boys unable to perform the second show, they decide to take their money and leave Warren's fate up to a spin of the roulette wheel. They put all their chips on black and wait anxiously. The dealer spins the wheel and lets the ball go, and after bouncing around it lands on red. They have lost it all, and it looks like Warren won't be going on the Warped Tour.

Ep. 5 | Working On Wango

After Shwayze and Cisco Adler learn they'll be performing at the Wango Tango festival in L.A., they are sent on a whirlwind tour of the country to drum up publicity. Their brutal schedule takes them to a different city every day, and it starts to take its toll on them. Hopping from planes, trains and automobiles to interviews, live shows and TRL leaves them totally tired.

After a radio interview in Portland, Ore., Shwayze accidentally drives a rented Jeep over a ledge while pulling into a gas station to get coffee. The ledge is high enough off the ground that the car gets stuck, leaving the car teetering because the tires aren't hitting pavement. After taking a few pictures, the girl magnets are in luck when some bikini-clad babes drive up and help them pass the time until the tow truck arrives.

When Suretone Records head honcho Jordan Schur gets the bill, he isn't too amused by the automotive mishap. But he understands that Shwayze and Cisco have been pounding the pavement hard. He thinks they need to rest up before the big Wango Tango show -- and rehearse, rehearse, rehearse so they can kill it. He sets them up with a rehearsal space, but the Buzzin' boys have something better in mind: heading to Big Bear Lake for some R&R!

When they arrive at the cabin in the woods, it doesn't take long for Shwayze, Cisco Adler and their entourage to unwind. They shoot some hoops, play ping-pong, golf and do some fishing. But back in Malibu, Jordan Schur and his assistant, David Patton, are baffled as to why the guys canceled the rehearsal space. On a mission, Jordan has new media guru Cat Lake track the gang down by scouring their MySpace page for clues. When he finds out they're in Big Bear, he decides it's time to take a road trip.

While fishing on the lake, Shwayze and Cisco are really enjoying the change of pace ... until the Suretone Records crew shows up! Surprised by the intrusion, Shwayze and Cisco are puzzled about how anyone found them. And it isn't long until their peace and quiet is shattered by the Buzzin' staff that has set up camp in the cabin and the constant ringing of Jordan's cell phone. Shwayze and Cisco's vacay is looking more and more like another day at the office!

Shwayze, Cisco Adler and their tour manager, Warren, try to escape the chaos by going fishing, but Jordan Schur decides to go with them. Out on the lake, the guys are annoyed when Jordan's phone won't stop ringing -- and he won't stop answering it! It seems like Jordan's worried that the boys need to do something big at the end of their Wango Tango set, but the guys just want him to chill out and stop scaring the fish away.

When Jordan has to use the bathroom, Shwayze and Co. take the boat to a posh floating port-o-potty on the lake. But as soon as he steps inside, they take off. When Jordan emerges, he's ticked. But the Buzzin' boys refuse to pick him up until he promises to stop using his cell phone. Jordan finally agrees, and he's allowed back on the boat. Did he really have any other option?!

After a few days of communing with nature, Shwayze and Cisco Adler are ready for Wango Tango. When they step onstage, they rock the screaming crowd of 20,000. And when they get off stage, Jordan Schur surprises them with their names in lights -- on a plane flying overhead! Now they know why Jordan was working so hard on the boat!

Ep. 4 | Sticker Shock

Shwayze and Cisco Adler head to KIIS-FM in Los Angeles to be interviewed by Ryan Seacrest, who plays "Buzzin'" for his 2 million listeners. It's the launching point for the guys' upcoming radio promo tour. Though Suretone Records head honcho Jordan Schur won't be joining them for a few days, he's sure they can stay out of trouble till then. Right?

Just before the Buzzin' crew heads to the East Coast, Jordan's assistant, David Patton, drops off boxes of CD samplers for them to bring on the road. But Shwayze's initial excitement turns to dismay when he discovers that there's no mention of Cisco anywhere on the CDs. Afraid the oversight will ruin the whole trip, Shwayze and his tour manager, Warren, devise a plan. They'll print out stickers that say "Featuring Cisco Adler" and affix them to all 40,000 samplers. Seems simple enough...

As the guys fly to their first destination, Shwayze and Warren start to slap stickers on the CDs as Cisco Adler sleeps. Although they're working hard, when they touch down, the guys are never too busy to have a little fun. At Q102 in Philadelphia, Cisco shows off his A-list phone book by placing a call to "Hugh Hefner," flawlessly imitated by Warren.

On their way out, Cisco spots a CD sampler and doesn't like what he sees. He's ticked that he didn't get a producer credit and thinks the stickers just make it look like even more of an oversight. Taken aback by his negative reaction, Shwayze and Warren decide to play dumb, chuckling nervously when Cisco suggests that the stickers look homemade. When he threatens to call Jordan Schur to complain, Shwayze and Warren reassure him that the label OKed the stickers.

At their next radio appearance, Shwayze overcompensates for the sampler disaster by gushing over Cisco's talents to the point of embarrassment. Afterward, Cisco tells his friend to cool it with the compliments because they're here to sell Shwayze, not him.

By the time the Buzzin' promo tour reaches New York City, Shwayze feels like everything he's done to try to make Cisco Adler feel better has just made things worse. When Cisco declines to go out on the town, Shwayze thinks it's clearly going to take a huge gesture to cheer him up.

Walking the streets for inspiration, Shwayze gets a "brilliant" idea -- he'll rent a giant mobile billboard and put a picture of a sexy, shirtless Cisco on it! Warren immediately gets on the phone to set it up. Even though it's probably the worst idea ever, he thinks it'll be hilarious.

When Jordan Schur shows up in NYC, Cisco asks him about the stickers on the CD samplers and finds out that the record label had nothing to do with them. When they call Shwayze for an explanation, he dodges the question, instead beckoning them to come to Times Square for a surprise.

Cisco and Jordan hit the streets and are confronted with a ridiculous sight: a mobile billboard featuring a shirtless Cisco in a grandiose pose and the words "Cisco Adler Presents." Shwayze is riding in the front of the truck, beaming with pride. Next to him is Warren, who can barely contain his amusement. Cisco and Jordan are aghast, demanding that Shwayze pull over to explain what's going on.

When Shwayze jumps out, Cisco confronts him about the monstrosity. Shwayze admits that the stickers and the mobile billboard were his way of making up for Cisco getting slighted on the sampler. Cisco says his ego isn't that fragile and calls the billboard a "big 24 x 10 foot mistake."

Warren admits that he knew the billboard was a bad idea but couldn't resist letting Shwayze go through with it -- he just didn't think it would actually go this far! Of course, Shwayze's real mistake was thinking that Jordan would be willing to foot the bill. Unfortunately for him, nonsensical mobile billboard campaigns aren't part of the Buzzin' budget.
